Merry Christmas from Big Ben!

Did my walk about today to map out the boys day in London Town on Friday.  Big Ben looks fantastic at night! London Trivia: Big Ben is NOT the clock. It's the bells in the tower that houses the clock.

In London, all transportation shuts down on Christmas Day. So everyone is hoofing it everywhere. Okay by me - best way to see a city is to walk a city.  And oh, will the boys be doing alot of walking on Friday.  And every five minutes they'll ask...where are we going?  Are we there yet? Yes, we are there! As Fitz likes to say, most of life is spent waiting. Enjoy it!

The boys are going to do all sorts of cool things:  Buckingham Palace, 10 Downing Street, Big Ben, the London Eye, walk along the River Thames, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, British Museum, National Gallery, Nelson Mandela monument, Piccadilly Circus and Leichter Square (think Times Square), and more. Fun!
